1,500 brides braved the rain on Sunday to attend The Phoenix Bridal Show featuring Sensational Events, Arizona’s premier wedding coordinator. The first 250 brides who entered received a complimentary “Phoenix Bride” or “Forever Yours” signature cocktail by Luxurious Wedding Cocktails by Dress the Drink.

Mark Landolfi, Sound Lighting F/X, is a genius when it comes to lighting a location, AV and sound. Lighting is a key ingredient in all events and creates the mood whether it’s up lighting a wall or making that WOW factor for the DJ or band on the stage.

Jack Weiner, kool Party Rentals, definitely brings the cool back when creating ambiance with their event furniture and illuminated decor. Add sexy, white lounge furniture by your bars and create an inviting space. Your guests won’t want to leave!

Are you looking for a creative way to capture wonderful images of your family for the holidays? Blue i Concepts Photography is hosting a special event on November 20th for Holiday Mini Sessions! The cost for this event is $195 (+tax) and includes the following:

- 25 minute session to capture as many images as possible, both traditional and casual.

- In studio ordering session.

- 8x10 Art Print

- 25 Holiday Cards. Your choice from 18 different card designs.

- One facebook image for each image you purchase. Facebook images will be watermarked with the Blue i Concepts logo and will be the same image that you purchased.

- 10% off additional gift prints, canvases, and albums purchased during your in studio ordering session.

Additional Info:

The $195 is due at the time of booking. Olivia asks that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure that everything runs smoothly and everyone is ready to go :) Since the time slots are back to back it is important that things run on time. We do understand that doing shoots with children can be somewhat difficult at time so we encourage you to feel free to bring any sort of bribery tricks that you may use such as snacks, a favorite stuffed animal, or blankie :) Images will be ready for review in approximately 2 weeks and we will schedule a time for you to meet and select your image and products.

The purpose of this shoot is for you to be able to capture some wonderful shots of you and your family as well as find a great creative image to share with your family and friends via a holiday card. It is a great alternative to the usual studio photography. It is also a great way to get some nice shots of your family to display in your home. Due to the fact that these are mini sessions we encourage you to remember that we want to keep things simple. We ask that there are no outfit changes and that we decide on the groupings that you would like to have shot in advance. Should you have any props or anything that you would like to bring to personalize your photo session a little more we welcome you to feel free to do so!

holiday boudoir marathon: october 29-30, 2010

What’s a Boudoir Marathon? Basically we rent a hotel suite for the day and then schedule boudoir sessions throughout the day. A whole day of boudoir shooting in a hotel suite = BOUDOIR MARATHON!

Boudoir Marathons are held at beautiful locations and are completely private, just you and me- of course you can bring a friend if you'd like. When you book, you are given a 1 1/2 hour time slot- time for professional makeup application and hair styling, 2 outfit changes and 2-3 different sets. This is the perfect amount of time for a variety of looks. A Boudoir Marathon allows us to give our clients great benefits over if they were to book us for an individual session.

bridal makeup trials: artistry on location

Had a great time capturing some headshots at The Wedding Warehouse. These ladies came in for a complimentary bridal makeup trial. Makeup was done by Jen Bernhardt and Debbie Vever with Artistry on Location. They did a beautiful job! Contact them for your makeup and hair styling needs.
